By downloading, purchasing, installing, or using Lazyfile (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Lazyfile under the following conditions:
Lazyfile may be offered as a limited trial. Trial users are bound by these same Terms. Trial limits (e.g., a fixed number of conversions) are technical measures and not legal obligations.
The current price of Lazyfile is shown on lazyfile.app. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy will appear on your bank statement.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, by emailing lazyfile.app@outlook.com with your license key or order ID. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion and typically only granted in cases of substantial malfunction not addressable through support.
Lazyfile is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, that conversions will preserve all formatting, or that the Software will work in every possible scenario.
Specifically: PDF-to-Word conversion is offered as a beta feature. Quality depends on whether Microsoft Word is installed on the user's system, on the complexity of the source PDF, and on factors outside our control. We make no guarantees of conversion accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to your use of Lazyfile shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to data loss, loss of business, or loss of profits.
Important: Always keep backups of your important files. We recommend not relying on Lazyfile (or any single tool) as the only path to recover original files after conversion.
You agree not to use Lazyfile for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to processing files you do not have the right to process, circumventing copy protection, or violating intellectual property rights of third parties.
We may terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms, including by sharing your license key publicly or attempting to circumvent license verification. In case of termination for breach, no refund will be provided.
We may update these Terms occasionally. The current version is always available at lazyfile.app/terms. Continued use of Lazyfile after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Lazyfile shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bolzano (BZ), Italy, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
